Lightening your load
Hi Folks,
I get a couple of daily & weekly affirmations-type emails and look forward to them because it never fails to have a timely message. Here is one from www.onenesswebsite.com which you can subscribe to, if you wish.

Try a Sub Conscious Clearing with Karen Levesque; check out the upcoming Release & Renew Burning Technique with Sharry-Lynn Cannon; or part 1 of 3 powerful workshops with Shelley Bourne, beginning with ‘Heal Yourself, Heal the Planet’. Tibetan Breathing, offered in February with Kathleen Ogino & Fred Prack is a method of consciously connecting body, mind & spirit through different breathing techniques. This was a great success and will get them back.
Lighten up, eh!
